This practical, hands-on course covers a core set of benefits management practices which are relevant for business analysts and change practitioners of all experience levels. It is designed to cover a representative set of techniques that can be used throughout the business change lifecycle, from early analysis of the problem and desired outcomes, through to the tracking and realisation of benefits.
Practical exercises are weaved in throughout to give attendees the chance to practise and refine or refresh their understanding. Questions are welcomed throughout, and attendees are encouraged to consider how they’ll use the techniques and approaches within their day job.

This course is suitable for practitioners of all experience levels. Newer practitioners may pick up knowledge for the first time, more experienced practitioners may find this useful to formalise existing knowledge.
Delivery and Assessment
The course can be delivered virtually, to teams of BAs anywhere in the world. It can be delivered ‘in-person’ within the UK. The course is highly interactive, with practical exercises allowing attendees to practise the theory. A course facilitator will be on hand to provide feedback and answer questions.
