The AIxBA Forum is an invite-only discussion group that meets quarterly to explore two key themes: how Business Analysts can leverage AI in their daily work, and how BAs can drive the safe, ethical, and effective adoption of AI across their organisations.
To encourage candid discussion, the forum operates under the Chatham House Rule. While individual contributions remain strictly confidential, we publish anonymised summary notes after each session to share key insights with the broader BA community.
You can download the summary notes from previous sessions below:

More About the Forum
The following information is provided for forum members, or those interested in knowing how the forum operates. This outlines the purpose of the forum, and some of its key policies.
AIxBA Forum Purpose & Policies
The AIxBA Forum is a voluntary, community-focused, cross-industry and invite-only space for peers to explore and discuss the use of AI in the context of business analysis. This includes:
- How BAs might use AI for analysis activities
- How BAs might work with others to embed AI into operational or business-focussed processes
The forum operates on a confidential basis to encourage open and honest conversations, allowing participants to share experiences and insights freely across sectors.
Confidentiality and Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. Attendees are encouraged to contribute openly while remaining mindful of their own organisations’ confidentiality and information management policies.
We do not anticipate discussions involving market-sensitive or proprietary information. However, it remains each attendee’s responsibility to exercise discretion and professional judgement when sharing insights.
Recording and Security
There is no intention to record sessions, and organisers will not do so. However, as with any virtual meeting, it is not possible to guarantee that third-party applications or devices will not be used by others to record. We take all reasonable precautions within the chosen meeting platform, and we ask participants to remain aware of these limitations.
Outputs and Sharing
After each session, a written summary may be produced to capture the themes and topics discussed. This output will be anonymised and will not identify individual attendees or their organisations. It may be shared more widely as a community resource to support ongoing learning and dialogue.
Participation and Format
The forum brings together professionals from a range of industries and backgrounds. Attendance is by invitation, and the format may evolve over time based on participant feedback and the success of earlier sessions.
