We typically work with organisations looking to support one or multiple BAs. If you’re an individual seeking mentoring, unfortunately this is not a service we currently offer.

Sometimes a little focused support can go a long way. That’s why we offer one-on-one mentoring packages and peer reviews for teams, helping them reflect on their work, build confidence and grow their capability.

Mentoring is conducted one-to-one, offering a confidential space to explore challenges, goals and development opportunities. Peer review can be offered one-to-one or to a group, and provides structured, supportive feedback on real BA work. Both are tailored to your organisation and your context. Our mentoring and peer review services are aimed at teams of BAs.

Business analysis can be a challenging role to grow in, especially when the pace of delivery leaves little time for reflection. While training is valuable, it’s often the follow-up support that helps people embed what they’ve learned and take the next step in their development.
