As BA practitioners we “own” our personal and professional development. There are so many opportunities out there, and one very effective way of learning new topics and broadening our horizons is to read more.
Yet “reading more” is easy to say, but tricky to do! There are so many other things pulling on our time. It can be very valuable and motivating to be part of a business book club–and if you don’t have a club to join, why not start one yourself? This creates the impetus and urgency to purposefully read a range of books.
