How to Support, Grow and Retain New Business Analysts with Sophie Chen & Tereza Vu

January 26, 2023 @ 8:30 am 9:30 am

In this session, we will discuss how to support, grow and retain new Business Analysts in the market as more and more individuals transition into the BA career paths amid this BA shortage crisis.

This will be addressed from the angle of both of us being new BAs in the market who have recently transitioned into the BA career from different career paths. We assume that the audience will be made up of BAs of all levels, including junior, senior, leads, managers and principles, and we believe that our talk will benefit all. We love to interact and collaborate, so come ready with questions and with a curious mind, ready for discussion.
