Everything’s Relative (a fresh look at agile estimation) With Stuart Mann
November 8, 2021 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Much like the internet, estimation can be good, bad or completely mindless. Want to practice mindful, value-adding estimation that increases delivery predictability? Then this is the session for you.
A fresh and fun look at agile estimation covering the “why” of estimation, why humans are terrible at estimating, how our brains work when estimating, how risk influences size and how to ensure that estimation adds value. The session includes several practical examples that attendees can take back to their teams.
