BA Roundtable: Cybersecurity, Operating Models, Character Crafting and more… with Caroline Beasley, Mark Cross & Helen Holder

August 6 @ 6:30 pm 7:30 pm

Business analysis is a broad role spanning much more than ‘requirements’. In this interactive roundtable we are joined by three experts and leading practitioners to discuss a broad range of topics. We’ll be exploring where we can draw connections, conclusions and contrasts between different BA perspectives.

Topics we’ll be discussing include:

✔️ Cybersecurity and business analysis: What is cybersecurity, how does it relate to projects and products, and what does a BA need to know?
✔️ Operating models: How do operating models relate to business analysis, and how might a BA create one?
✔️ Character crafting: What key behaviours does a successful BA need, and how can they be caught, taught and sought?

… and much more too!

By attending live, you’ll have the opportunity to submit your own questions (via text chat) to the panel.

This session is sponsored by the BA Conference Europe, which takes place 16-18 September in London. Be sure to check out the panellists’ sessions on the BA Conference Europe 2024 agenda, and find out more and book your ticket.
