Business analysis is a broad role spanning much more than ‘requirements’. In this interactive roundtable we are joined by three experts and leading practitioners to discuss a broad range of topics. In this session, we explored where we can draw connections, conclusions and contrasts between different BA perspectives.
Topics discussed include:
✔️ Cybersecurity and business analysis: What is cybersecurity, how does it relate to projects and products, and what does a BA need to know?
✔️ Operating models: How do operating models relate to business analysis, and how might a BA create one?
✔️ Character crafting: What key behaviours does a successful BA need, and how can they be caught, taught and sought?
… and much more too! This session was recorded and can be viewed below:
This session was sponsored by the BA Conference Europe, which takes place 16-18 September in London. Be sure to check out the panellists’ sessions on the BA Conference Europe 2024 agenda, and find out more and book your ticket.
