About the Webinar
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” Dr. Seus
As BA practitioners we “own” our personal and professional development. There are so many opportunities out there, and one very effective way of learning new topics and broadening our horizons is to read more.
Yet “reading more” is easy to say, but tricky to do! There are so many other things pulling on our time. It can be very valuable and motivating to be part of a business book club–and if you don’t have a club to join, why not start one yourself? This creates the impetus and urgency to purposefully read a range of books.
In this webinar, in conversation with Adrian Reed, Sara Heaven reflects on her experiences of setting up book clubs and pass on a range of tips and tricks.
During the session, you’ll hear:
– Why a business book club is an effective (and economic) professional development tool
– How to set one up and keep people coming
– The unexpected benefits of facilitating a book club
– A few recommendations of books to start with!
