Webinar Description

Increasingly, organisations are needing to adapt to their environment to stay relevant.  The ability to experiment, test and learn is crucial–and taking an ‘agile’ approach to change can be a central part of this.

Yet the word ‘agile’ is used (and abused!) in many different contexts, and many ‘myths’ have emerged.  In this session we aim to discuss the practicalities of agile, through a business analysis lens, busting a few common myths along the way.

In this webinar we were joined by a panel of experts:

Lynda Girvan, Lead Agile Business Analyst at CMC Partnership, international speaker and author of ‘Agile and Business Analysis’ published by BCS

Chris Matts,  Agile Transformation Coach, international speaker and author of books such as ‘Commitment’

Tony Heap,  Experienced Agile Business Analyst, author of many white papers and blogs, and a regular conference speaker on topics relating to agility and design.
